Fashion Legend Alexander McQueen Exhibit!

On Saturday. May. 28th, 2011 A couple of my fashionistas and I decided that we take a trip to The Metropolitan Museum of Art New York City to experience the Legendary Designer Alexander McQueen's Exhibit "Savage Beauty". This was an amazing experience it was like a walk through closet of every woman's dream with a theatrical ambience. It gave us the history on every single one of his collections from the inspirations of his garment styles, shoes, and accessories to the bizarre yet captivating concepts of his runway shows. If you have a chance please go visit this "retrospective" Alexander McQueen Exhibit "Savage Beauty" at The Met in NYC you'll be AMAZED!

Couture Fashion Week New York 2011

On the weekend of February 18th-20th 2011 I interned at Couture Fashion Week in New York city. This glamourous event was held at the historical Waldorf Astoria, Grand Ballroom produced by Andres Aquino. This fashion week is not your ordinary ideal  fashion week. Couture fashion week brings you exquiste shows with luxury fashions. World class designers displayed fabulous garments as beautiful top models graced the runways. In addition, this extravagant event also had Fine Art & Luxury Exihibits with World-Class Entertainment. In attendance were Upscale Boutique Owners, International Press, and Affluent Audiences.

Lung Pearl's Spring/Summer Collection 2011

On Saturday, August. 14th, 2010 I was one of the special invited guess to attend An Exclusive Debut of Anthony Chad's Lung Pearl Fashions. This event was held at Posh! Boutique in the Piazza one of  Philly's Top Fashion Boutiques. Anthony Chad is an upcoming fashion designer straight out of Philadelphia and believe me he is a big deal in this city. Lung Pearl Fashions Spring/Summer 2011 Collection was inspired by the vigorous scenes of the 80's Miami Vice. Also, in attendance was Kijafa Frink, Fiancee of NFL player Michael Vick. This event was indeed extravagant from the exclusive collection to the people that attended ,the beautiful models and cocktail reception. Philadelphia is on it's way to the top of the Fashion industry. Watch Out World!

American Dreaming Magazine "The Stir"

American Dreaming Magazine is the Parent company of the Rick Foundation which is a non-profit organization. On Sunday. July. 25th, 2010 IN Philadelphia American Dreaming Magazine held a fundraising event called "The Stir" at Derek's  restaurant for Autism Speaks: which is a charity that their organization supports and share a personal connection with. This was an inspiration to many of us because their are many young people that's affected with this diease. So coming together for this event was not something beneficial for one's self but to help youths that are struggling with Autism see that their crafts and talents doesn't have to go to waste. Also, the love and care that many of us have for them and we look at them as normal people.
